Bridal Cleaning

You chose the perfect wedding gown, and every detail on it, because it shows exactly how you want to feel on your wedding day.  We here at Allyn's know that the memories of your special day will last forever, and we can help make sure the same is true for your gown.  

At Allyn's, we treat each gown individually – thoroughly inspecting your gown for obvious (and not so obvious) spots or necessary repairs.  We then review our assessment with you the customer, individually, allowing you to take pictures as you feel warranted, to record images of any stains or areas of concern.  We assess stains individually, carefully spot-treating and gently loosening them before cleaning.  Finally, depending on your gown’s care requirements, we’ll either wet clean or dry clean your dress using the latest techniques to preserve delicate beads and trim.  

Bridal Preservation

Preserving your gown for the future, whether for your daughters wedding or for a talented tailor to make into christening gowns for your grandchildren, is no small task.  Ensuring that your gown is properly preserved is our gift to you, helping ensure that your dress will be there for your family for years to come.  

After cleaning, we’ll inspect your gown with you again, to ensure that all stains have been removed, all minor repairs have been completed, and that all trim is securely fastened.  Once we have your final approval, we package your gown into one of the finest quality acid-free boxes available to us, using acid-free paper.
